Burned Out- Kind of

Like I said last week, I'm sick of dieting. Some days I feel ok with where I'm at because just eating whatever I want seems like a more desirable option. Other days I want to keep going and lose like 5-10 more lbs. But those last pounds always seem so hard to lose!
Currently I still want a break from the worry of counting calories. I did however count calories most days last week. I didn't exercise as much as I had hoped, but did ok. Here's how it all played out. I don't have my cheat sheet with me, so I will just put what I remember.

I lost 1 lb this week. (Weighed in yesterday at 127.6)
I ran 7 miles 3 times this week (each time staying just under a 10 minute pace average total.) And did some walking miles too.
I taught ballet 3 times this week.
I did weight training twice this week.
I counted calories and stayed within limits 5 days this week.

Spring, thanks for coming back. But if you ever leave me again unexpectedly I may never forgive you.

It's been great running out in gorgeous weather this week! I actually work up a little sweat now that it's mildly warm!

Did well on Vacation, even though it didn't show

I started out our vacation at 125 lbs. I weighed in at 133.5 at the end of our vacation!
I don't however feel really bad about it because I didn't let myself pig out or eat really unhealthy, and I did exercise quite a bit! Hopefully that means the weight will just melt off super quick. (Yeah, right. What kind of freak of nature am I?!)

Here's a rundown of my week in diet and exercise: Total miles run this week was 30.2!
Sunday no exercise
Monday ran 5 miles 46:42 didn't track calories but ate healthy. (Walked all over the place site seeing as well.)
Tuesday ran 5 miles 45:58 didn't track calories but ate healthy. (Probably walked a couple of miles in addition with the kids site seeing.)
Wednesday ran 5 miles 47:05, didn't track calories but ate healthy. (Walked around an amusement park all day with kids.)
Thursday ran 5 miles 47:15, didn't track calories, but ate healthy. (Walked around with kids at Great Mall.)
Friday ran 5 miles 48, didn't track calories, but ate healthy.
Saturday ran 6.2 miles 57:13, didn't track calories.

Butt, I mean But

I'm running dry on post titles.
So I weighed in at 125 yesterday!!!
BUT,
We are now on vacation. No scale was packed, but I feel the weight piling on already and we only left yesterday! What is it about vacation that makes my butt expand, my body swell, my digestive system to decide to shut off, and my weight to skyrocket? Regardless of the shortness of the trip, I gain weight. Lots of it. The least weight I've gained on any vacation in recent years is 5 lbs. And that was only because I had food poisoning on that trip. No kidding. Anyhow, here's hoping the damage isn't too bad and that I can shed the weight quickly after I get home!
Here's how my week went:
Sunday1300 calories, no exercise.
Monday 1860 calories, ran 4 miles 42:24, weights 8 minutes, taught ballet.
Tuesday 1770 calories, ran 4 miles 45:12, walked 1 mile 17:30, weights 5 minutes.
Wednesday 910 calories, ran 4 miles 45:05, walked 1 mile 16:57, weights 5 minutes, taught ballet.
Thursday 1340 calories, ran 4 miles 40:06, weights 5 minutes.
Friday 1390 calories, 4 mile walk 60:25, weights 5 minutes.
Saturday left on vacation didn't exercise or track calories.
