Well, my current weight is 138.5.
So I've lost about another pound a half. Things aren't going great. Mostly in the exercise area. Winter has set in and for a few reasons, I'm really struggling getting my butt in gear. I don't like running on a treadmill because I feel like a rat on a wheel. And I don't like running outside because it's so freakin cold. Plus I've been so much busier. And it seems like every other day I feel like I'm on the verge of having a full on flu. I know, excuses excuses. But on the plus side, I am eating fairly well and losing a little bit of weight. If I can keep up just that, I could be at my goal weight by the end of December. When I started this blog, I wanted to lose 20 lbs. Now I only have 10.5 lbs to go. So not too bad. Anybody can lose 10 lbs. Unfortunately I'm looking at the holidays ahead of me here in the near future. So I can't really say what will happen.
I have decided though that until the New Year starts, I'm not gonna stress about this anymore. I've kind of lost all that motivation and desire lately.

I'm bummed!
Starting weight this week - 140.5
Ending weight - 140.2
Weight loss of only 1/3 a lb.
That totally stinks!
Monday- ate 1160 calories and ran a 5k in 32:10 outside
Tuesday- ate 1200 calories and ran a 5k in 33:20 treadmill plus went to ballet class.
Wednesday- ate 1180 calories and no exercise (me & sick kids.)
Thursday- ate 1120 calories and still not feeling good but made myself run a 5k on treadmill 35:25
Friday- 1200 calories no exercise
Saturday- 1250 calories (ate out with friends- tough!) and ran 3 miles outside with hubby and baby in stroller 33:12 plus walked awhile too.
Sunday- ate 1200 calories and no exercise (I always take Sundays off.)
I don't know why I didn't lose much this week. I'll again and hope to have more success next time!

Bad Week
Not good news here.
Weigh in last Monday 140.8
Weigh in today Monday 2nd Nov 140.5
1/3 lb lost this week.
So just a little weight loss.
But I am actually not too upset about that because I had family in town since Friday and it was a typical situation when you have lots of family get-togethers---food food food food. Not to mention it was Halloween. So to actually have a tiny loss is nothing to complain about when it could have easily been a gain.
My exercise isn't great either but here ya go:
Monday ate 1130 calories and ran 1 mile 8:50 time (downhill) and 1 mile walk uphill.
Tuesday ate 880 calories and ran 1.5 mile and walked 1.5 mile uphill all on treadmill. Lost time.
Wednesday ate 1150 calories and no exercise.
Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday didn't exercise or count calories. Some discretion was used as I ate, but not much. :) It was a fun time at least!
So I need to make up time from this past week and do awesome this week!
Here's my goal:
Run a 5k every day this week and keep calories under 1200. I hope to lose 5 lbs. It will be so awesome to see 13_ on that scale.
